Very functional app

It helps me plan my work schedule before submitting it to our scheduler at work. I can see the calendar in a 30-day view and actually plot my schedule in a way that works w my familys holidays (e.g. bdays, annivs) and actually gives me a better picture when to request days offs or vacations. I can even start plotting my draft schedule months ahead and that just gives me a planning advantage.
One has to learn how to use this app. Once that was ironed out for me, i customized it to the way that worked for me. Now not all of the features were applicable to me- but the other features worked for my needs.
I have used this app since 2008 ( or when the iphone 3G came out whatever year that was...). I work as a nurse.
