Overall a very good app once you figure it out. A little confusing off the start but great once you spend time with it. Please add a function so you can add work days outside of your regular schedule that are not trades (ie volunteer hours, second job, etc). It would be nice to color these days seperately from your regular schedule for easy recognition. It would also be nice if these days counted towards your weekly/monthly hourly totals. These days should also be able to be added on the same days of your regular schedule (ie volunteer during the day, work at night). It would also be nice if you could color the trades working and trades not working seperately to recognize them easily.

Played around, definitely needed to read the instructions, but I got all 5 Toronto police platoons on, paydays, holidays, can use the markers to record court, overtime paid duties, save assigned days off, regular days off attached to leave days. It would be nice to have a roster page to record colleagues need to know info like badge numbers, platoon, company email, cells, to avoid having it all mixed in with the iPhone contacts. Also to be able to save audio/video/foto inside app with ability to email back to mother ship.

After working shift for 25 year this is the first application I have ever seen that can do it all. Regular schedule, vacation, EDOs, paydays, training days and much more. There isnt anything that I have thrown at it it cant do yet. Also will show your schedule for the next two years. Very configurable, able to see co-worker schedules. Keep track of your hours, trades, overtime and kelly days.

Bought it after reading TPS review. We work odd ball shifts and hours. Just played with the features and set up was easy. Only took couple hours to figure out.

The seller for me on this one was the color coding for my days and nights, and the fact that u can plan ahead well in advance. I would however like a feature to sync this with my iCal on my MacBook pro. 4 starts because the price! Not bad but would have liked a 1.99 price tag more. Hope to see some updates and cool features! Great app!!

Great App & Great service (ver 2.3) Had Color code my 10,14&25hrs shift and all others dept 4 team ( platoons ) . I had difficulty figuring it out and i even could put in my wife shift ( odd nurse shift) Contacted service for info and tips and they were there for me, right away, once again great service. I highly recommend! Thanks

Best App out there but there is one important feature missing that is PUSH NOTIFICATIONS we need this to remind and alert us for upcoming events. PLEASE PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE. Thank you.

Awsome application. Need the push option for event and schedule reminders. A pc option to sync with outlook calendar or google calender will make this app the best out there for a long time to come.

Works great, love the ability to calculate, adjust, and determine my shifts, overtime, special assignments and track everything. Wish I had this earlier... Great App, for me and numerous members of my department this continues to be a great App! Kudos - keep up the great work!

Great app looked and probly is the best one. Little tricky at first but dont give up! I have a totally different schedual than the demos and works awsome so far!!! CYFS

Scheduler isnt my first scheduling app, but its easily the best. While some may find it a bit complicated, I prefer to think of it as incredibly thorough. Seemingly every contingency has been anticipated. Support questions to Jeff are very quickly, politely and productively answered...even if theyre already covered in the FAQ section. You get what you pay for, and this is worth every cent. Great job, Jeff! Thanks!

OK app, does not cover all types of shifts well ie. split shifts! Service is poor and is just someone e-mailing you back to tell you to use the help button? probably would have been happier with cheaper/simpler shift calendar!

Gotta get this one...everyone who has an ipod touch or phone get t once i show them mine. They try the $0.99 one and then invest in this one as it can do everything. You can make your own custom schedule, organize trades, keep track of OT and events daily and shows up with a dot so you know there is something that day. I put all my girls dance schedule as events and dont miss any of them anymore. We changed from 10/14 schedule to 24s and Jeff responds almost immediately if you need help. Life is easy wiht this app.

Better than ifirecal but still too american making it difficult to create a Canadian firefighter schedule. Make a 4/4 schedule that is two 10hr day and two 14hr nights followed by four days off. Also add option for Canadian holidays please Thanks for all the updates! Ive had thus app from day one and even with the previously mentioned shortcomings it was still the best firefighter app available. Now I think its the greatest by far! Everyone on my job buys it once theyve seen it. No more taping the shifts owed / shifts owed to me sheet to your locker door or carrying a shift card in your wallet.

Love this Fairly easy to use and if not Jeff is very prompt with help for us non techies

LOVE THIS APP! Im a RN and my husband is a firefighter... It allows us to have both of our shifts displayed on one calendar so I know when we are both working. This makes it easier to plan events in the current and in the future! Easy to use once you get the hang of it! Love how it syncs with special dates and events from iCal!

I work in the oil patch and my wife is a nurse. We both have weird shifts but this app can handle them with ease. This program is a little complicated at first but if you read the help section it makes sence later on. It is the best sched app I have found yet. The support is second to none! Thanks Jeff for you help. I love this app! Just to add on to my original post. I have to say that Jeff has shown an incredible amount of support to this app. All the added features seem to be from customer feed back and really do work well. Good job Jeff keep up the good work! A lot of app writers could take lessons from you on how to support their customers. Thanks again.

Im a firefighter and I love this app. Its great for keeping trade days organized and is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. Well worth the money.
