ANOTHER UPDATE!!!!!! For those leaving bad reviews, when all else fails read the instructions! I hate to see idiots giving great apps bad reviews without asking for help. I work 24/48 EMS shift and this thing was easy to set up! Tracks my accrued vacation and sick including subtracting used, swaps, events, uses gps to track event locations and much more! Actually what does it not do? I have contacted programmer and always gotten prompt replies with answers. Always improving with updates! Keep it up, great app! Update: keeps getting better! Keep it up Jeff!

You have to read the directions to set it up but once you get it going its AWESOME. A little pricey but well worth it....

I love this app!!! I only wish I wouldve bought it years ago when my husband did. This works perfect for his firefighter schedule and my schedule as a nurse. The best thing is it helps us work around each others schedule for childcare purposes. Jeff is also easy to contact and responds quickly!

As a firefighter and Union official this apps is a must have life saver!

Once you get a hang of this app it is a MUST HAVE. Yes it is difficult at first, but that is because we have crazy schedules! The best thing is that the product support is amazing. I use to enter my schedule in my phone by hand for each day, what a pain. Now with one cycle set up my schedule is in there for the next 24 months. Spend the money and save your aggravation.

Thanks Jeff for a great product! Basically, I work a 6 week schedule that requires us to spend half of our time in different locations... So, my schedule does not repeat until the 12 week cycle has completed. Scheduler is pricy and I was hesitant to purchase until I exhausted the similar Apps... This was quick since no other App can come close, in my opinion, providing the flexibility and tracking that this program does. This App can accommodate the most demanding schedule - period. There is a learning curve but non too difficult to figure it out. Wondering what shift you are working next year to plan ahead? No problem - if your schedule does not change - you can have it in view right now! Customer support - there is None Better - Jeff responded within the hour of my email. This will be the last Scheduling App you will need to purchase!

It helps me plan my work schedule before submitting it to our scheduler at work. I can see the calendar in a 30-day view and actually plot my schedule in a way that works w my familys holidays (e.g. bdays, annivs) and actually gives me a better picture when to request days offs or vacations. I can even start plotting my draft schedule months ahead and that just gives me a planning advantage. One has to learn how to use this app. Once that was ironed out for me, i customized it to the way that worked for me. Now not all of the features were applicable to me- but the other features worked for my needs. I have used this app since 2008 ( or when the iphone 3G came out whatever year that was...). I work as a nurse.

Way too complicated! Needs adjusting for simplicity, not every uniform member of service uses Kellys and fireman schedules and DuPont?? Anyway could benefit from a straight forward blank canvass and wizard guide, soon as you download it, it looks like something Jackson Pollack would design?. Take some pointers from CopApp scheduler...

Tough app with a large learning curve. But with my constant changing shifts, this app was worth it! Cant share with my wife unless she buys the app.

From the perspective of both an iOS developer and Fire Fighter, this app is everything you could want from a schedule app to track shifts. One thing I would like is a way to synch to iCloud and better synching with the iCal. Not sure if the current Framework allows this yet, however this would be extremely useful so that all my devices could be synced. Finally, I would also like to see the native calendar look and feel applied to this app. Make it look like a well-polished app with hi-res imagery.

Alright its been long enough, time to make an Ipad app that will sync together.

If you can figure out how to set this schedule up you would be able to make your own app. You will be throwing money away. Ask for help and you get the direction page that doesnt help.

Can we get a version for ipad?

I just brought Scheduler over to my new Iphone and saw that I have been using this for 4 years now and I couldnt live without it. Most of my department uses this scheduling app. Its perfect for the fire service. Trust me on this; download it, play with it, and in 20 minutes, you can see your schedule, your vacation time, your sick time, etc.

For my job this is a great app. Although its not very user friendly when in Einstein mood to setup schedule automatically. I found that the days were offset after the first month. Highly recommend using it in Doofus mood and set your schedule manually. Once you become familiar with using this app you will love it!

By far the best scheduling app for all types of different shifts, and also useful for entering other important dates.

Firefighter working a constant rotating schedule. Uses a pattern to input my work days with ease. Can share my schedule with the wife. Only complaint... Little bit difficult to use at first. But is a really great app!

About 90% of our Fire Department is using this app! Its REALLY helpful. Jeff is great about resolving any questions you may have...and in a VERY quick manner....something you just dont get anymore from others. Thanks Jeff!

Ive been using this app for a year now. Its the best one out there but its way too difficult for what it does. Really need the capability to easily add everyone elses days on a typical California, 56hr, 3 platoon schedule.
