Scheduler App revisa

iOS 6 & iPhone 5 please.

I have a 8 day rotation with the fire dept.. 1 day on 2 days off 1 day on 3 days off. Once I set the rotation, it goes on for years and years. I’m able to see my schedule years ahead. Also, it is connected to my Apple calendar. When I make appointments on my Apple calendar, it’s linked to this one. I’ve been using this calendar for 15 years. I hope to use it 15 more.

I have had this app for several years. I use it to schedule several jobs. All of which are shift work. This app has been OUTSTANDING for letting me know where I need to be and when I need to be there. For Emergency Service workers this app is a MUST HAVE!

I have used this app forever. Updated recently and lost all of my events. Don’t bother unless you want to lose everything.

My husband and I have rotational shifts and so this app is a life saver for us. But to keep the clutter down of events I prefer to use emojis for the event title. That option seems to have gone away? Why?! It’s frustrating having so many events titled on one day and I tend to miss something if I don’t read each one carefully. I preferred using emojis to keep it easier and with less clutter. Also PLEASE get rid of the time zones!!!!! It doesn’t matter where I am when I put an appointment in my calendar, the time of the appointment is still the same no matter where I am. I can make the mental hour change myself if I know I’m in a different time zone but at least I’ll know what time the appointment is! This has caused a lot of problems for me with the app changing the times for my appointments.

After the last update all of my scheduled events disappeared. Even if I add one, it does show up. How do I fix this?

Please update. No iCal events show up in Scheduler any more!!!!

I’ve been using this calendar for several years and really love it. I downloaded it originally when I was on rotating shift work and it really helped me manage my schedule at a quick glance. I’ve had two occasions to email the developer for assistance and in both instances I received a reply within minutes. Also in each instance my issue was resolved. Great app!

Perfect app for shift workers. Love the ability to track trades, PTO, appointments.

I can’t get the vacation balance to stay updated. When I add new vacation leave dates, the balance goes crazy and some different numbers generate. Can’t track use of leave.

I have been using this app for about 10 years now. I’m not a fan of the updated look. Still giving it a shot tho.

I’ve been using this App for at least 10 Years if not more and never had a problem with it.

App seems to be working great. It took me a little bit to figure everything out after the last update, but I got it working. Thanks for the update!

This app was amazing prior to these most recent updates. Go back to the old version!

I have had this app for years and always loved it. The recent update changed things. The event dots are very large and I’m not sure if there is a way to change the size. If you have multiple events on same day the dots are overwhelming.

I’ve used this app forever. I wasn’t thrilled with the update on the appearance but it appears that they’ve fixed that. Retired last year and I still use it almost as much as I did before. I got rid of so much stuff from the job, but this is one thing I’m going to hang onto. Kind of nice being able to see when the old shift is on or off so we can catch up.

First off, THANK YOU Jeff for the recent updates!!! I’ve worked shift work (rotating days off, platoon, fixed 4-10s) for 15 years. I came across this app in 2009. I took a chance and bought this app. I have used it since. It has everything you need to map out your work schedule. I’m a visual person so this app allows me to customize my calendar with color and markings. It’s not hard to use. You can always email Jeff for assistance. I’d highly recommend this app!!!

Lost all my info that had my schedule and my husbands. The import didn’t work and the schedule would not work right. Now an update and I feel more lost than ever. This is my go to app. Now it’s frustrating .

Great App but this new icon is uuuuuuuugly!

I’ve been using the original app for several years with no problems. After this update everything has been messed up. The appearance change is okay but the old one was okay too. When the recent update occurred most information transferred correctly but slot didn’t. The overtime, vacation usage and accrual and sick time usage and accrual were all incorrect. Hopefully they can get this figured out soon, because it would be helpful to know how much vacation I have available before scheduling it. Maybe they could revert back to the old version until they work out the gremlins.

can we please go back to the previous version. there was nothing wrong with it. i liked that it was simple & left alone for so long. this is hideous

Up until this morning I would have given this app 5 stars. I have used it for over 5 years and it has been perfect for what I need. This new update v6 has completely changed everything and the visual is terrible. It is hard to read everything. The functionality seems gone. Very upset that my go to app has been destroyed essentially.

I hate the update you just did! Most of my information is on incorrect days or the information didn’t transfer (special occasions). I would’ve given this a 5 stars until this update. I’m spending more time trying to figure out how to set it up again.

This new version is very disappointing. The old version needed a few tweaks, but definitely not a complete rewrite, now it’s the most user unfriendly version I’ve come across, in today’s app world. I will be deleting this app, and taking the $7 loss.

The newest update is horrible! The text is so small you can hardly read it. Bring back the older version!!!

The app icon is missing from my screen but it’s available if I look it up? It’s inconvenient. I’ve heard nothing from customer service.

This app is good but I wish I was able to go back and review past months of my work schedule. I am able to go 24 months in advance but can only look at the last 30days.

I used this app for at least 8-9 years but am super disappointed that it’s yet to receive any kind of modern update. Last major update was 2017 for iOS11. We’re now at iOS 14 in 2021. I’ve recently moved on to FireSync — which is a bummer because I loved this app. It would be great if the developer actually maintained the app but I can’t continue to rely on an app that a developer has abandoned. This is why I decided to make the transition now so that I’m not left on the hook should this app stop working with a sudden iOS update.

I don’t know how this app doesn’t have more reviews. I have been using this scheduler for years and would be lost without it! So easy to use! Customize your fire schedule, tracks vaca hrs accumulated with cut offs even, trades, debit days, sick hours... does it all! And I can link my google calendar with visual alerts to help keep track of everything. LOVE it!

I have had this app for years and have never had issues. Just now when I opened it, which I do 1,000 times a day, the app is automatically in a display mode and has erased all of my stored dates. Has this happened to anyone else just now? This is upsetting because now I will have to take time and re input dates and schedules that have never changed.

I have been using this app for several years now and love it. It is far better than keeping a pocket calendar with me when scheduling appointments or making plans with family and friends. I have a rotating schedule which is not in the app but I was able to put my schedule in manually. I can see what my schedule is going to be next year rather than trying to figure it out. If you have rotating days off this is what you need to keep your life in order.

I’ve been using this app for almost 11 years. Started the day I got my job as a firefighter. If you need a shift app this will do the trick.

I loved this app, it worked great keeping track of my shifts and shared information with the apple calendar well. Now for several months non of my Apple calendar info is transferring across to this app anymore. It's becoming useless for me. Unless something changes I wouldn't buy it.

This app might be nice but it will take you a lot of patience and time to figure it out. I'm a FF just trying to get the black red and gold shift schedule in an app. This is definitely not it

I have a difficult 2-2-3 schedule that this app works perfect for. It's a bit challenging adding vacation days that are not holidays. I'm possibly doing something wrong. I could possibly use a bit more tutorial. I'd also like to be able to export my schedule more than the current screen display. Other than those areas. I love the app. Great for my schedule.

I use this for my wife and myself for my schedule at the fire dept. works great. I hope a Apple Watch app will come soon.

I have had this app for 5-6 years. If you take the time to learn how to properly use this app you will be amazed at the development of this app. From simple trade times to keeping up with your vacation and sick time. Please take the time to get the most out of this app. You will not regret the time you put into learning it. Thanks.

Great app, does what it's supposed to do. Little learning curve to set the schedule up but the app's website helped a ton. Wish the developer would update the app, last update was 2014.

This is the best app if you have a complicated schedule! The app is capable of many complex tasks and takes a bit of work to figure out but it is excellent!

This app is absolutely horrible! Not user-friendly! App navigation is horrible but it has pretty colors if that's what you're looking for. So angry I wasted my money on this app! I don't know where the other five reviews came from???

I am an RN with a different schedule every week and accumulate hours for vacation, sick, personal, comp and holidays. This ap keeps track beautifully once it's set up-adds and subtracts hours or days. With a tap of the screen, you can see your balance going forward or back in the calendar. There is so much more than that. Once set up, it is so easy to enter your schedule or anything else you want to enter-by just touching the date. You can see your phone calendar in the ap. it even let's you know how many hours you've worked and when you've reached your max limit on vacation hours. It may seem a bit daunting at first to set it up but it's worth it. I've been using this ap for a very long time and even when I find that I need something else, like to track comp time, it can do it. The customer service is wonderful. They are quick to answer. Pretty much immediately. Plus they are extremely helpful with any questions about the ap. It is so difficult keeping track of all the different hours and this ap does it seamlessly. It is highly recommended!

This is the best app I've found to keep track of shift work. I'm a firefighter and this app allows me to keep track my trades, overtime, vacation and much more with ease.

Awesome app, about to start shift work soon and figured this would be great to help keep track of things. Takes a couple of minutes to figure it out but it's definitely worth the money. It looks great on the iPhone 6 plus also. Thanks again Jeff!

It's the best calendar App for police, fire and EMS. There is a little learning curve but once you get it......you'll wonder how you lived without it. I have my next two years of work scheduled and can share it or look it up whenever I need to make plans. It also works with my iPhone calendar which makes it even better.

Downloaded the update to fix the iOS 8 problem and it has not fixed the problem
